“Love the look of the necklace and the colours used. Overall very happy with it, however it's not very weighty so the letters do turn over and therefore you can't see the colours and the letter properly, which is slightly annoying.”

“It’s awful I would of returned it if I could but because it’s personalized I’m not allowed to the quality is rubbish it’s dull looking and it gets all twisted so doesn’t look nice on my neck I’m really disappointed it was a massive waste of money and I’m gutted”
