“The actual necklace looks nice (now that it has eventually arrived); my problem was with customer services. I had a problem after ordering the necklace but when I contacted customer services it took nearly a week to get a response (and you cant send another email as you will be put to the end of the queue!) and the response was written by someone who what patronising and unhelpful. I wrote another email in response to this one and same thing happened again. This company has to realise that the finished product isn't always the only priority, a good customer service base is where you encourage people to re-order...only wish i had read the reviews before i ordered.”

“I absolutely love my new named necklace. However it took me ages to untangle the chain as it was knotted up! Luckily I managed to unknot it without it breaking! Phew!”

“Great quality necklaces. Much more delicate in real life than I imagined from the website. Love the look. Only negative feedback is it took 2 weeks from order to delivery and the necklaces scratched the cardboard they are on so there were grey marks behind it which spoiled the presentation.”
