“I was disappointed in this item the letters are very small and the picture of the item on the site make the letters look bigger than they actually are. I would not have bought this item if i had viewed it in person. Also the letters dont sit straight they keep twisting.”

“I was really looking forward to receiving this but was very disappointed when it arrived because not only was the S the wrong way around but also the heart was upside down. This was thought for a present for my daughter and when I contacted customer services via a form (!) I was told because it was personalised they do not do refunds/returns. They have since contacted me to offer a return since I’ve posted negatively. Maybe the customer service needs a rethink. I won’t be buying again.”
