“After being very excited to see my wife’s Xmas present I rapidly became extremely disappointed (especially after all the alleged quality control steps) after opening the box and hanging the necklace I discovered that both of the “Y”s in HAYLEY hang upside down due to the location points of the chain on the letter. After lots of communication and sending them images their response was that they wouldn’t do anything as there was nothing visibly wrong with the necklace with the letters hanging upside down. Beware if you’re expecting a quality piece of jewellery and or good customer service, you’ll probably not find either with Abbott Lyon.”
