“The idea of this is great, but depending on what letters are used the design just doesn’t work. The letters don’t lie flat and stay in position but twist and turn and generally stay upside down or twisted. Particularly true with the letter L as it’s bottom heavy. I wouldn’t recommend this design at all, as once on it just looks terrible. Save your money and get a personalised necklace where it’s a word together not single letters. Totally flawed design and obviously being personalised you can’t return it, so you’re stuck with a necklace that is unwearable due to the design flaw.”
