“THE NAME PART OF THE NECKLACE IS LOVELY, BUT THE CHAIN BROKE WITHIN THE FIRST HOUR. THE COST OF THIS PURCHASE SHOULD NOT LEAD TO ALMOST IMMEDIATE BREAKAGE. I HAVE HAD TO PAY TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WAS ALSO INFORMED BY THE JEWELLER THAT THE QUALITY IS NOT GOOD. I EXPECTED BETTER. IT WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT AND TOOK A LONG TIME TO ARRIVE AND THEN COULD NOT BE CHANGED.”
