“I loved the communication throughout - from the online order to the day I received my neckless. The customer service team is fantastic, I Had a few questions regarding my delivery day, and they responded quickly and were professional and informative. The packaging is high quality. I was impressed. And the neckless itself - gorgeous (heavier than I thought it would be, made to perfection, in my opinion). And the little present I got - Heart shape neckless - is cute and well made too :) I couldn't be happier! I would recommend it to my friends. Thank you to the team at Abbott Lyon!
