“The item, after a full day of use, scratched my neck! It’s great overall, but the letters are SO sharp that my neck was red and scratched up. I do not want to be negative and have a lot of faith in your business as I’d love to succeed greatly one day as well, but please listen if you offer the option :). Cute jewelry is amazing but safe jewelry is better! If this wasn’t the case I’d have already used up the multiple discount codes you’ve offered to me.”

“While the quality and necklace is nice, the clasp was put on upside down, so the initials flip every time I wear it. It is super frustrating. I probably won't wear it for that reason.”
