“The choker itself is gorgeous and my sister loved her gift. However, it was not delivered in the time frame specified and left me scrambling as it was delivered a day before Christmas despite ordering the day before Thanksgiving! Customer service never gave me a straight answer on when it would actually arrive despite reaching out 3 times.”

“The bespoke choker necklace is beautiful, and the recipient of this gift was delighted with it! I had no idea that I was ordering internationally, however, so to reach the US, this order took just over 3 weeks to arrive. The shipping company, Exelot, did not do a good job answering my questions, although they did send some information through out the shipping process. The information was unclear so I reached out to clarify the status of my package, and they did not respond for quite some time. I worried the entire time that my package would not be delivered in time for Christmas. However, it did arrive Dec 22nd. I ordered Nov 27th.”
