“The choker was so beautiful! Very heavy and looks like good quality. Great for layering or to wear alone. I ordered it for my daughter for Christmas but it took forever to come. Didn't receive it in time for family Christmas event. The product itself is lovely. I would just say to order way ahead of when you are going to need it.”

“Bought as a gift for my sister in law who liked it. As I only had one letter P which isn’t symmetrical it doesn’t hang perfectly between the chains and it’s very rattly and maybe too bling for me.”

“I wish I could say this was a great shopping experience. First, while I get it was the holiday, it took well over the estimated time for my item to arrive, roughly 2 weeks late. Because I'm in the US and this brand isn't, you quite frankly can't track your item until it makes its way into the US and through customs BUT even then, it will not show who the carrier is or where the item is. When I contacted customer service I was met with a very blanketed response, clearly from a script. I even tried making contact via socials and whoever handles the brands social, removed my comments along with other consumers. Very tacky, and disappointing. As far as the piece, it's fine but IMO it's priced way to high for the quality and I will have to take it to a jeweler because the hook was placed upside down, making it hard to close. The way it was placed, would make the initials upside down when using the closure. I can't see purchasing from here again. I would suggest reviewing some recent posts on instagram to glean what to expect.”
