“Really made up with the personalised necklace, which is great quality and exactly as described. However the really impressive part was the customer service we received. Unfortunately the necklace was stolen from our apartment building. I mentioned this in my original review and was subsequently contacted by a member of the support team. They offered to replace the item free of charge. This was completely unexpected and such a lovely touch. The necklace was a gift to my girlfriend to commemorate the birth of my son and so this really meant a lot. I can't thank or praise them enough and will certainly be using them again next time I want to purchase some jewellery.”
