“The recipient really liked the necklace as she found it thoughtful. It was a cute necklace, made to request and I was happy for the purpose and intention. I would say that it is a little l overpriced for what it is. If 30% discounts can easily be offered ahead of ordering and post ordering, then items are overpriced. The necklace does not look the RRP on receipt of it. It looks around 30% to 50% of the RRP. I felt that the time from ordering to receipt could have been quicker. I was advised of timescale post ordering. Delivery was quick once posted. Response to query is very prompt and of lovely tone, acknowledging query. Generic automated emails repeating information you know are time wasting. Would I order again? Overall, I would look for another retailer as the item does not look the RRP nor actual price paid.”
