“Did not arrive as ordered. A week before Xmas. That said, when I emailed them, they were great at getting a replace,ent out and it arrived on Xmas Eve. Sadly, that was wrong too. I ordered a customer stamped item with a birthstone and ended up with 2 incorrect items as a Xmas present. Then when I complained again, they asked me to send an image of the 2 items side by side...not sure why, as if they through I was lying. I will never use this company again. My wife was so looking forward to some Abbot Lyon and having to explain the item I wanted her to enjoy wasn't even close to right.. disappointed to say the least”
