“The first letter M is upside down and shows as a W no matter what I do. It is nothing to do with the movement of the body. All other letters are always the right way up. Was told it isn’t faulty by the website. Quite disappointing as it’s very expensive. The M is CLEARY the wrong way up! No matter if I move it, shorten or lengthen the chain it always flips to a W.”

“The necklace is brass not gold. It's not the color like you see on the website at all. It looks cheap due to the color. The shipping also almost took a month. I contacted customer service about my disappointment in the color and they were awful. They got back to me with a response that was copy and pasted from somebody else's issue with their necklace that had nothing to do with my issue. When I called them out on it they apologized and in the apology again used a copy and pasted response that included issues that I did not state that I had. I called them out again and they were not helpful at all. Save yourself the money in order from somewhere else.”

“Not happy at all.The color is off.Doesent look gold at all.Looks very cheap.I wouldn't recomand to anyone this brand never.”
