“The photo is very well done but that's all I can really praise. There is no shine to the necklace and it feels very cheap. I have bought a lot from Abbott Lyon in the past. The quality and customer service was always very good. However in recent months the quality of jewellery has really gone down hill and the customer service is poor. I won't be buying any more from Abbott Lyon.”
