“I ordered a necklace for my sister as birthday present with 3 charms on it. Whilst the necklace and charms are lovely, where it says personalise me, it doesn’t specifically state that the order you select your charms is the order it will be on the necklace so I just selected the charms thinking it will look like the photo advertised. The order of the charms on the necklace was not how my sister wanted it. I contacted Abbot Lyon but they said this was my fault and couldn’t do anything about it and when I mentioned about the website not specifying about the order you chose the charms they never replied. It’s a shame when you spend this amount money that no help is there after. I won’t be using them again.”

“Really pretty and easy to wear. Unfortunately the script „m“ always turn around and looks like a „w“.”

“Beautiful necklace however birthstone arrived scratched. Replacement sent and you can see where the hoops for each charm have been clamped shut as there’s little silver marks on a gold chain. Can’t be bothered contacting customer service again although they are very helpful.”
