“I am giving 5star review as the customer service is amazing. First necklace received had a missing stone as it was a Christmas gift for my daughter and due to bad eyesight I did not notice Xmas morning opening her gift she noticed I Emailed and got a response Boxing Day the second necklace arrived my daughter loves it.”

“The necklace is beautiful and just as described. However, my shopping experience has been completely off putting as I ordered the necklace to come with a charm attached, which I have been charged for, but still have not yet received. Initially ordered the necklace on 23/11/23 and have still not received the charm. Been in contact with customer service but resolving this issue has taken far too long for a mistake made on their end. I’ve given 5/5 for purely for the product but aftercare is just not good enough, and I wouldn’t purchase from here again.”
