“At first glance I absolutely loved this necklace. Today I got it out the box before wrapping it for my daughter birthday tomorrow to find the chain had been put on backwards at one side. I was luck as my local jeweller actually took this apart and mended it for me. Disappointing really as this should have been picked up.”
