“There was a problem with the necklace I got for my daughter's 21st birthday. I emailed them and 24 hours later another necklace was being made. They couldn't have been any more apologetic about it. The new necklace arrived and my daughter loves it. Just be aware that the name necklace's are made to order, so allow plenty of time for it to arrive. Well worth the wait.”
