“I absolutely love this stacking necklace. The fact it's customisable is amazing. The three charms I picked all have a very happy and loving meaning behind them for me. I cannot wait to wear this on Valentines day. Also my husband was happy to give his input on what he thinks would be nice, so I loved that it was both of our ideas. I will definitely be adding new charms to this beautiful necklace. The quality is also amazing and looks stunning.”

“Honestly the worst customer service! I bought a similar chain a few months back and it completely wore down within two months of wear and looked faded, and since they had their quality guarantee I reached out about a replacement because I spent a good amount of money on a piece of jewelry that only lasted me two months. After several attempts of trying to get through to someone because there is no number to call, only email, they attempted to send a replacement, which NEVER even got to me because they sent an incomplete invoice so the carrier couldn't complete the shipment. The carrier service tried reaching out to them with no response for over two weeks. I tried for 4 weeks with several emails a week and STILL nothing. They do not actually live up to their guarantee and they DO NOT respond to emails when it comes to helping their customers. Not worth the money I spent nor the time and effort I went through to try and reach them to receive a replacement. Absolutely frustrated beyond belief.”
