“Received the necklace, was all good then i wore for one day and the necklace broke, unknown to me and wasn’t until few hours later i wasn’t wearing the necklace. Found the charms but no necklace. Very disappointed ☹️”

“Necklace is nice. However, my first necklace did not arrive in the package but the charms did. The. A replacement necklace was sent which also got lost. I had to contact Abbott lyon several times to find out where this second necklace was. Eventually it was confirmed that this had also gotten lost. Finally a third necklace was sent- which was a month later then expected. I then got a customs bill for the necklace after already paying duty on the original necklace. A very disappointing experience altogether”
