“Beautiful looking ring however unfortunately the stone fell out the first time I wore it. Customer support were very helpful and sent out a replacement very quickly. Sadly the stone also fell out of the replacement ring. Again customer services were very helpful and I have since bought a different product as a replacement. However sadly it appears this ring is not very well made which is a shame as all other items I have from this company have been fantastic.”
