“I was really impressed with Abbott Lyon (this review is a bit belated), but I bought a set of these earrings - one with and one without the charm. I ordered the earrings and received them shortly after in October (they were to be a Christmas gift from a family member to myself and as I live abroad I did not try the earrings until I opened my gift on Christmas day). It was only upon opening them on Christmas day that I noticed that one of the earring mechanism didn't click lock properly, and therefore would not be secure. I emailed Abbott Lyon Customer service, who were extremely efficient in getting back to me and troubleshooting the broken earring, resulting in me promptly receiving a replacement to my international address. I really love the earrings, and they seem really hardwearing. I am also so impressed with their customer service which ensured that the product was right. 5 stars from me.”
