“The ring is very pretty but didn’t come in the Stacey Solomon packaging and as this was a gift I messaged the company last week to explain and despite messaging a few times no one has got back to me to sort this. If there was a problem with the item this would be an issue, therefore I wouldn’t order from this company again due to their bad customer service.”
