“The ring is very pretty but didn’t come in the Stacey Solomon packaging and as this was a gift I messaged the company last week to explain and despite messaging a few times no one has got back to me to sort this. If there was a problem with the item this would be an issue, therefore I wouldn’t order from this company again due to their bad customer service.”

“I paid for next day delivery, and simply put, the item did not arrive on time and took 3 days to be delivered. Safe to say I’m not happy with the service - if you are going offer a next day delivery service to customers, ensure it works!”
