“Lovely gift bag and necklace but during the time I was waiting for it I wasvoffered a free gift, I was then told I was too late to receive it. You onlt get the gift if you buy something so what's going on? I e-mailed but got nowhere. I made it clear I was not happy and heard nothing back. I therefore informed them that this would be my last purchase from you. No response. Dont offer something you then take back.”

“Terrible service. Paid for personalised gift bags for all my gifts. All bags were non personalised. Emailed customer services several tiles to get bags I paid for / refund and received no response.”

“Gift bag did not arrive,then sent me the wrong item,then the bag wad different size,bare in mind they were £10 each. Had numerous emails back & forth then had cheek to offer me 10% refund back which was refunded off wrong order. Would not order off Abbott lyon again. Customer service is very poor.”
