“Although a little pricey for a canvas bag the quality and style of the bag make it well worth the money. Had so many compliments and people asking me where I got it and it does look very classy. I went for personalisation and although the error was entirely mine (I ordered incorrect letter…. Fingers move faster than brain), Mark in customer services team was really helpful and sorted a replacement for me which is really appreciated. The letters themselves were good quality and better than I had expected.”
