“Unfortunately the bangle arrived after the birthday and then the clasp would not stay secured and the bangle was nearly lost. Have returned to Abbot Lyon. The bangle was engraved as a sentimental piece so really disappointed. A new one has been ordered.”

“Love the Bangle and the detail you put into it, But the only problem is it keeps falling off randomly on my girlfriend’s wrist (who I purchased for). Is there anyway you could help me on how to fix this? Thanks”
