“I don’t know what the bracelet was like as it never arrived, I ordered at the start of December I was red it as a gift for my wife’s birthday on the 19th, it didn’t arrive so I had to rush out and buy another present and hoped it would come for Christmas instead on the 23rd I emailed and it was lost in the post I was absolutely gutted as I knew it was what she really wanted”

“I’m not massively impressed with the colour of the gold, I find it looks too orange. It stands out and look cheap. I’m quite disappointed.”

“I have ordered this bangle as a gift however it has a fault where the clasp will open at the slightest pressure. I have emailed the issue and without sending a video of the bangle falling from the wrist abbot Lyon won’t do anything about it. Given it’s something that happens when worn and unable to be predicted how they expect a customer to get a video without recording their arm for a full day is beyond me. Terrible customer service if your product develops a fault.”

“I lost the bangle because the clasp kept opening. Very disappointed in the quality. Customer service still haven’t come back to me. Poor quality and poor service”

“The piece itself is lovely and the stamps are all perfectly done. The only downside is the sizing. I ordered s/m as it said that was the most popular and I have a small wrist but it barely fits and the second I bought as a gift doesn't close on the recipient. Measure your wrist when ordering to get the correct size.”
