“Bangle looks lovely but as with previous one (which was faulty and therefore lost). The lock is faulty n it falls off frequently. Pretty gutted as daughter too scared to wear it out. And I can't afford to replace a 3rd time. Also disappointed I wrote to tell u about 1st 1 being faulty. I heard nothing yet you immediately contacted me encouraging another purchase n to review!!!!”

“Bangle visibility looks amazing but the catch on the bangle opens so easy while wearing it is very prone to getting lost. I reported this to customer services who looked for video evidence and kindly sent a replacement due to the error. the replacement arrived after a few weeks with the exact same issue. The bangle looks amazing but is not wearable as one of the few I purchased as gifts have already been lost the replacements are also unwearable and sit in jewelry boxes as ornaments unfortunately”

“I bought this for my daughter’s birthday and the clasp is broke and every time she has put it on it’s fell off. This isn’t the first product I have bought and it has broke poorly made”

“The bangle was very good but didn’t fit, the sizes come really small for this bracelet, unless you have the wrists of a 12yr old definitely order the larger size. I ordered the small as I have other pieces I found a little big but this was a lot smaller than expected”
