“Wouldn’t recommend, second bracelet with broken/ unsteady clasp”

“Really nice by looking at it but really not practical to wear. In my first order the bracelet got faulty after a week but the customer service team was brilliant and soon they sent me a replacement. My problem with the second one it’s keep getting loose on my wrist. If I only wear it a short period of time it’s fine but after few hours I always have to check on it and tighten it. I’m worried now I will lose it one day. Bit disappointing but at least it’s a nice bracelet. Would expect a bit more for the price though.”

“I had one delivered and it was shocking, the pearl clovers were out of place like they weren’t set properly in the backing. You could see gaps in the clovers and it was very poor quality. I got in touch and it was replaced. The new one came and is a lot better and looks nice on. The clasp that moves is very tough though and is difficult to move sometimes to tighten or loosen. I’m giving three stars because the second one does look nice and customer service to get it replaced was good. However the awful quality of the first one and the tough to move closure on the second is what lets it down. I know it was replaced but it’s worth mentioning to others that this can happen and it can make it past quality check as bad quality. I don’t think the bracelet is worth paying full price for, getting it in a deal is the best way to go.”
