“My second bracelet as the first was faulty, they are lovely however the mechanism to close these bracelets seems flawed as the second one was also borderline faulty, I couldn’t be bothered to return as the process was so irritating. A real shame as this was a present!”

“Very nice but the clasp doesn't stay secure so keeps coming loose. The bracelet gems then twist on opposite side so cannot see the letters.”

“The bracket just doesn’t seem to lock it did when I first wore it but now doesn’t seem to pull and stay in position . I cannot see any parts missing u less it’s internal I will have to purchase a clip to continue to wear it other than that it is a nice bracelet just a shame it’s done that .”
