“The bracelet itself is stunning and with the pearl cloves looks quite unusual, was very pleased with the purchase. However when my bracelet arrived the fastening mechanism was not working causing the bracelet to come loose and fall off the wrist. I did contact Abbott Lyon who were quick to respond and I am currently awaiting a replacement so hope there are no further issues!”
