“This experience has been absolutely horrible. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I originally placed my order in mid-August with a confirmed delivery date of Aug. 25. The product was out for delivery in DC and returned for no reason that anyone could explain to me. I immediately emailed Customer Service - it sounded like I was talking directly to a robot. I asked for a phone number, no reply. Now, a month and a half after my delivery date, I still have no update on when I'll receive the product. Worst part - this was meant to be the gift to my bridesmaids on my Sept. 9 wedding. Needless to say, I didn't have anything to give them thanks to the terrible service of Abbott Lyon.”

“Yhe bracelet took forever to arrive. I ordered July 19th and it didn't arrive til Sep 19th. There was an issue with the carrier. The bracelet itself looks very cheap and is very lightweight. It looks okay but just feels cheap so I probably won't wear it. The customer service was slow but very kind and helpful.”
