“Terrible first time customer took almost a month to come and one of the charms was missing even though it was taking so long as it was quality checked !!! Emailed customer service took 3 days to contact me then once I was contacted asked for a photo for proof sent straight away then took 5 days to get back to me again !!! Dissatisfied is an under statement spent a lot of money terrible service from Start to finish !!!”

“I ordered a name bracelet with the silver June builder charm and the bracelet arrived without the charm. I ordered 4 of these bracelets earlier in the year for my bridesmaids and needed this new one to match (The bracelets are nice, my issue is with the lack of support). I got in touch with the help team and other than them asking me to confirm my details I've had nothing from them in terms of help. Disappointed, as this isn't what I'd expect from Abbott Lyon and now I will have to either give one bridesmaid something that isn't as good as the rest, or else wait and not give her anything which is a real shame.”
