“I ordered two initials for my children and I did think one of the letter were smaller than the other so I emailed to just say about it and Rebecca has been very helpful. She has offered me a 10% refund and also to pick something for £50 as a gesture of goodwill. This company is very professional and doing things like that makes people come back!”
