“The bracelets are lovely but my order had a missing item and I used the chat to let them know and I was promised a replacement which I didn’t get so had to contact them again promised a replacement again but won’t arrive in time for when I need it so that’s disappointing”

“I love this bracelet! I love how you can personalise it and my favourite thing about it is that it’s adjustable. I have really small wrists so I find it hard to find bracelets that fit properly so this is perfect!”
