“Bangle regularly falls off as clasp comes undone by itself. Bangle itself is very nice but the clasp lets it down. Partner has found she won’t wear it to work as worried about losing it.”

“The bangle is beautiful however I'm am really worried about the clasp 3 times I have my worn my bangle and 3 times it has ended up on ground. I have purchased 2 of these bangles at the same time one for my mum & my mums fell off & she luckily found hers in her shopping bag not sure what do as it is lovely & having my sons initials on I wanted to wear it every day. “Ordered a personalised bangle in the size M/L - paid extra for it to arrive before Christmas which it did but in the wrong size. I was then sent another one which obviously arrived well after Christmas and was again in the wrong size. Was sent a size small on both occasions. So disappointed as it was a gift for my best friend.”
