“The blue gem is a cheap looking piece of plastic. The writing is very small, can hardly make out the name. Very disappointed with it for the price. The personalised bag was a nice touch.”

“3.5 stars. I do love my bracelet, but that’s probably because it’s my boyfriend’s name and what it means to me but i wouldn’t say I’m 100% on the actual product. It’s pretty pricey for what it is… and if I’m being a perfectionist I wish the loops that attach the name to the bracelet weren’t so circular, it just doesn’t seem as flowy. I’ve had to loop the excess chain (pictures) as it’s super irritating when using a computer mouse or doing downward dog in yoga lol.”

“It's nice enough -if you're buying the bracelet for a pre-teen or younger, this is because you will need to buy the bracelet extender as it is otherwise too small. The need to add the extender to the basket should be made clear at the time of purchase or, A&L could just make their bracelets a standard size. For example, I bought my daughter a Tiffany bracelet for her 16th last year - it fits perfectly. This year, I bought her a requested A&L bracelet - and I'm disappointed as the sizing is too exact. Since receiving my order I've checked the online description and tbh, I'm not sure if 'mini' is meant to indicate that it is a small bracelet. Regarding delivery, the A&L delivery guidelines suggest customers could select a delivery option and highlights a minimum of 2-4 days delivery, however, once I pressed 'submit' on my order, the communication I received was that delivery was around 14 days. Would I have thought twice about making my purchase? Yes, as it was intended as a birthday gift. Will I be making a further order? Yes - to purchase the bracelet extender - perhaps, as hoped.”
