“When I received my bracelet a couple of the letters were upside down, I immediately sent Abbott Lyon an email and within minutes had a response. After sending pics and explaining the problem was told another one had been ordered, as it was a birthday present I was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time but it did and was absolutely delighted with it! Cannot fault the service I received and will definitely order again. Thank you”
