Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review & we're so sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived. Due to the Royal Mail strikes which have taken place on various occasions over the last 2 weeks, we are experiencing a delay in the delivery of our orders - this is also affecting the updating of tracking. The standard delivery time frame has been extended to 4-7 working days but we are sure it’s on the way! We’re so sorry for the delay & can’t thank you enough for your patience. We're now beginning to see updates to tracking, so please do continue to monitor the shipment of your order - we would recommend using the Royal Mail app. If you still haven’t received your order 7 working days from the date of dispatch (this excludes weekends, 24/25/30th November & 1st December), please get in touch with us via email on help@abbottlyonsupport.com & we’ll be here to assist you. I apologise for any upset caused as a result of receiving an invite to leave us a review - this is unfortunately an automated email which is sent within the standard time frame of which we would expect the order to arrive in usual circumstances.
