“Absolutely lovely piece of jewellery. Had to wait longer than expected but Abbott Lyon were great and got in touch with me. Their customer service is second to none. Some letters do seem to scratch a little but not noticeable after half a day of wearing. This was my first item ordered. I’ve made two further purchases and cannot recommend them enough. Thank you.”

“Bracelet was lovely, was not impressed with the packaging, was in a small plastic bag which wasn’t closed properly so bracelet was hanging out of the bag and it was in a very small box other bracelet which I ordered was in a much bigger box and packaged very nicely”
