“Sent braclet I ordered in the wrong chain . Was very impressed at first as they apologised and said they would send out a replacement. Arrived roughly 2 weeks but in the exact same wriong chain . Emailed then and got sent an image of a bracket on the correct chain with a response "this is what you have received" . I had to then upload the two braclets to prove this was not the case. Then then told me the chain I wanted was no longer available and that they had sent out a new improved chain that had replaced it with so basically contradicting what they had previously said on email and the so called new improved chain was very thin and cheap looking. This was false information as the chain I wanted was still being sold on the website and they were just covering there own backs. Very disappointed and will not be ordering again.”

“Absolutely superb customer service, I had somehow broken my bracelet that was a gift from last year. I had contacted Abbott Lyon to see if it could be repaired and they said they’d love to send me out a replacement free of charge. I was so surprised and they were wonderfully polite and professional”
