“I am really sad to be writing a poor review but I thought it might help other purchasers. The dress was very nice, well made and the material was good. However the sizing was way off, hence my poor rating. I'm a standard size 12 and I sized up (as indicated by others). I purchased a Medium which, according to the size guide was a size 14/16. I also checked the measurements. The dress was really small and to be honest would probably have been tight on someone a size 10. I ordered the 56" length and it was so long I measured it - it was actually 61" long. It is buttoned down the front but the buttons stop about halfway between knee and crotch so it's not really a dress as you have to wear it over something else, like trousers. So you need room underneath the dress for other clothes. If you want to order it, I would recommend talking to customer services first. If only the fit was right it would have been lovely. Customer Services were very helpful but of course for me that was after the event.”
