“Nice china mug, photo didn’t fully live up to my hopes and expectations having read other peoples glowing reviews. I was a bit disappointed, having paid for a professionally shot photo of a sport event.”

Hi Christine, thank you for your review. As this item has to be fired in a kiln the photo will never appear as crisp as the image you provide. Having said that it will never fade and will remain this quality for years to come

“This personalised bone china photo mug was a special present for my husband in memory of our dog that we lost just over 2 weeks ago. My husband loves the mug. Quality of photo and writing is great. Will be ordering another and would recommend.”

“Bought this as a birthday present for someone at work who doesn’t like fat mugs as she calls them, this was perfect, the picture on it looked amazing but to me it was the writing itself, wasn’t bold writing more gentle sloping writing, very very nice, definitely recommend x”
