“The actual tags were lovely. Exactly how I wanted them to turn out! If you are ordering these DO IT IN ADVANCE!!! It takes a long time to get delivered!!! I paid more for a 1st class delivery service and these did not arrive in time for the wedding and staff didn't help me or reassure me during this process. Apart from that, tags were nice.”

I am sorry that your item didn't arrive in time. We do quote on the product page the production time (the time it takes to make each item). In this instance it was 1-3 working days. On this occasion it did take 3 days and was dispatched by 1st class post. We will look into why our staff was unhelpful.
