“Was a bit disappointed with the quality. We had one before (that was broken) that was more solid. It was a disappointment that the accent on the name wasnt printed as it had been previously. If items are being personalised why can accents and other special characters not be added as these are peoples names.”

Hi, thank you for your review. We do state above the personalisation fields on the product page that we cannot print accents. This is due to the font used and accents not being available for this particular font. We have never printed accents for this particular product so I'm not sure where you purchased your previous item from.
