“If there was an option for no stars I would have given that as a rating. The birth certificate holder is cheap and tacky and not nearly as nice as it looks on the website. I tried to get a refund as I wasn't happy with the quality but I was refused. Not at all happy with the product, company or the way my complaint was handled.”

Hi Lyndsey, thank you for your review. Unfortunately what you have been told is correct. We have a strict returns policy with personalised items and I'm afraid they don't fall within the usual 14 day returns policy set out by law. As this item is exactly as described on our website we cannot offer a refund on this occasion. We sell a lot of this item with various messages on them and this is the first complaint that we have received. I apologise for any inconvenience this decision may have caused.
