“Initially on opening the box I loved the certificate holder, then on further inspection I noticed that the last two letters of my grand daughters name was not on the holder. I then emailed a member of your staff 'Ian' who explained that it was an automated service and that items are not checked, he also said that 'spaces' were counted as characters which I and my husband didn't know and no where on your site is that made clear. I then asked if the base with engraving could be redone and he said no I would have to buy the full item again.So disappointed that no one at any point got in touch to point out error before completion. I did ask Ian for the name and address of complaints department but have not had any response yet. :( Catherine Macmillan.”

“I was very pleased with the quality and the service however thought that the engraving was going to be on the scroll holder itself not the rest (which wasn't the bit I was interested in as the scroll will not be on display). I don't think this is obvious when ordering.”
