“I would like to thank Anna and the engineering staff for sorting my sewing machine for me. Anna (trust I have spelt her name correctly) especially for welcoming me on the telephone and trying to sort me out, which unfortunately didn't work and I spoke again with her and drove to Redruth where a super engineer found the fault (small) and put r right. I would add that all the staff without exception were professional, kind and most caring. Thank you to all and Merry Christmas.”
