Hi Louise Thank you for your feedback. We understand that you haven’t yet been able to review the machine and hope you enjoy using it once your craft room is finished. Regarding the bundle, we’d like to clarify that the additional mats are included and are safely packed inside the main machine box. We do this to ensure they are well protected during transit. If you haven’t already, please check inside the machine packaging carefully.
